Ms. Frazier is currently a leader in BlackRock’s Black Professionals Network, is active in its Women’s Initiative Network, and is a member of BlackRock's Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Steering Committee. In recognition of her efforts to create a more diverse and inclusive workplace, she was named to the 2020 and 2021 EMpower Top 100 Ethnic Minority Executive Role Models lists.
