The “Leadership Orchestra” workshop is delivered in collaboration with Lorenz Huber—a qualified conductor—and an international orchestra or string sextette. Conducting an orchestra gives the opportunity to experience the difference between the executive's perspective and the employee's perspective as well as create awareness on the effect of body language and the impact as role models and how this relates to communication and leading people.
