Change has been the only constant in Polly Tang’s (Class of 2009) post-MBA journey since she graduated from the programme over a decade ago. Leaving behind the stability of her career as a forensic accountant, Polly decided to follow her passion for the F&B industry and opened her own French restaurant, Town 93 Café.
